Welcome to the new AnnieReeves dot com!
I am so excited to share with you this little project that Hanna Seabrook and I have been working on for the past few months! I have been in desperate need of an update over here, and I wanted to go for a look that would (ideally) stand the test of time. Of course, Hanna was the first person I thought of after seeing all of the beautiful things she has done lately. Plus, she loves Charleston like I do, so it was really fun to get to know her during this process.
SO. What’s new?! A few things that I am really, really excited about.
The shop page! I’ll be curating all sorts of items onto this little page – from products I can’t live without to items I’m dying to purchase. Also, beneath the first post on the home page, you can see my top four items at any given time. I have plans to update this daily, as I’m always searching the web for pretty things.
There’s a bright & shiny new about page.
You can check out what tunes I’m listening to on repeat up at the top under “more” or in the box at the bottom right corner of the page.
In between each post is a fun little section. the little things, then Instagram, then Pinterest, then the CHARLESTON GUIDE.
Okay guys, this Charleston Guide is my baby! It was the one thing I had in mind when I decided to redesign, because I loooove telling people about Charleston…and I can never stop with just the name of a restaurant or store. I wanted to tell you a few more little things about the spot – from what to order to what to wear. As of now, I have 20 eats, 10 shops, and 4 sees to add…so stay tuned there!
This has been such a fun process, and I’m so ready to start churning out some of the fun content I’ve been saving until the site was looking more ME. I cannot wait to hear what y’all think! It means so, so, so much to me that you keep coming back here everyday. Blogging has been one of the best things I’ve ever done in so many more ways than one. BUT, as cliche and blogger-y as it may sound, the best part has been getting to know so many new friends (and being able to stay in touch with my old friends). Really. SO, thank you, thank you, thank you for reading everyday and commenting and sharing and all of the good things.
